The Community Arts & Heritage Education Project (CAHEP) is committed to protecting the privacy of our participants, donors, artists, and community partners. • Consent is collected through online forms, Eventbrite registration, or written/photo release forms.
• You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe from communications at any time by contacting us.
• Participants may opt out of being photographed at events by notifying staff in advance or on-site.

• Personal data is stored securely in password-protected systems (such as Google Workspace, GoHighLevel CRM, and Eventbrite).
• Access is limited to authorized staff and contractors.
• We do not sell or trade personal information.

5. Sharing of Information

• We may share information with third-party service providers (e.g., CanadaHelps, Eventbrite, Google, Stripe) for payment processing, registration, and communications.
• We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect CAHEP’s legal rights.

6. Retention of Information

• Contact information is retained as long as you remain engaged with CAHEP.
• Financial and donor records are retained in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency requirements.
